There are two main things to increase:

#### <mark style="color:green;">**Life Skill Level**</mark>

Simply perform a Life Skill to gain EXP and increase its level.

**Beginner → Apprentice → Skilled → Professional → Artisan → Master → Guru**

#### <mark style="color:green;">**Life Skill Mastery**</mark>

Mastery improves the effectiveness and rewards of your Life Skills.

You can gain Mastery from:

* Life Skill levels
* Clothes & accessories
* Tools
* Food
* Draughts & Elixirs
* Other Mastery buffs

> On **Exodus**, many Life Skills have been expanded to scale up to **6,000 Mastery**.

## 🌿 Gathering

Gather resources from around the world using different tools.

Turn ingredients into **Meals and Imperial Cooking Boxes**.

Processing turns raw materials into more useful resources.

Methods include:

**Heating • Chopping • Grinding • Shaking • Drying • Filtering • Simple Cooking • Simple Alchemy**

Higher Mastery improves **Processing Speed and Mass Processing**.

At **6,000 Mastery:**

⚡ **96.67% Processing Time Reduction**\
📦 **300 Mass Processing Count**

## <mark style="color:cyan;">🎣 Fishing</mark>

Catch fish from rivers, lakes and oceans.

Fishing is great for players who want a more relaxed or **AFK-friendly Life Skill**.

#### 🌟 Exodus Fishing

Special Stardew fish have been added throughout the world, including:

**Crimsonfish • Angler • Legend • Glacierfish • Mutant Carp • Radioactive Carp • Crayfish • Void Salmon**

Higher Fishing Mastery increases your **Treasure-grade Fish Chance**.

Grow crops inside your own Farming plots.

Hunt wild animals using a **Matchlock** and gather materials from your kills.

Hunting is ideal if you want a Life Skill that feels more **active and combat-focused**.

Higher Hunting Mastery improves your Hunting rewards.

Train, level and breed horses.

Take your ship into the Great Ocean for **Sailing, Bartering and Margoria exploration**.

Progress your goods through increasingly valuable tiers:

**Land Goods → Lv. 1 → Lv. 2 → Lv. 3 → Lv. 4 → Lv. 5 → Crow Coins / Lv. 6 / Lv. 7**

#### 🗝️ Margoria Treasure

Explore Margoria and use **Silver Keys** to open Lost Treasure for:
